Submit Your Abstract / Presentation / Case Study / Research Paper
We invite speakers and researchers to submit their scientific work for consideration at the conference. Please carefully review the guidelines below to ensure a successful submission and review process.
Speaker Guidelines – Before Abstract Submission
1. Review Conference Scope
Ensure your topic aligns with the core themes of the conference, including Dental, Advanced Dentistry, Oral Health, and related specialties.
2. Prepare Your Abstract
  • Draft a clear and concise abstract that accurately summarizes your work.
  • Follow the structured format provided on the conference website (Title, Authors & Affiliations, Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion, Biography).
  • Adhere strictly to the word limit outlined in the sample template.
3. Submission Process
  • All abstracts must be submitted online through the official abstract submission portal.
  • Submissions must be original and should not have been previously published or presented elsewhere.
4. Author & Contact Information
  • Include complete details for all authors and affiliations.
  • Ensure accurate contact information for the presenting author.
5. Abstract Review Fee
  • A mandatory abstract review fee must be paid after submission.
  • Abstracts will be reviewed only after payment confirmation.
6. Formatting Guidelines
  • Use the official abstract sample to ensure proper formatting of headings, sections, and layout.
7. Submit Early
  • We strongly recommend submitting your abstract well before the deadline to avoid technical or last-minute issues.
Speaker Guidelines – After Abstract Submission
1. Review & Evaluation
Once your abstract is submitted and the review fee is paid, it will undergo evaluation by the Organizing Committee and Editorial Board Members.
2. Acceptance Notification
  • Accepted abstracts will receive an official Abstract Acceptance Letter via email.
3. Speaker Registration
  • Upon acceptance, speaker registration is mandatory to confirm and secure your presentation slot.
4. Presentation Preparation
  • Develop your presentation based on the approved abstract.
  • Use a professional slide design with clear visuals, readable fonts, and well-structured content.
5. Presentation Upload
  • Submit your final presentation materials (slides or supporting documents) by the deadline communicated through the speaker portal or official emails.
6. Publication & DOI (If Applicable)
  • Selected abstracts may be published in partner journals and assigned a DOI, subject to applicable publication charges.
7. Logistics & Attendance
  • Arrange travel and accommodation in advance if attending onsite.
  • Review the final program to confirm your session date and time.
8. Session Readiness
  • Arrive early for your session.
  • Be prepared to engage in discussion and respond to audience questions.
